Who built the Plaid House?
The Plaid House was built by the one-two punch of Dresden Shumaker – Graphic Artist & Photographer, and Lindsay Jauss – Web Designer. With offices in Rockville, MD and Philadelphia, PA we can help you build your media presence whether you live down the street or across the country. Our team has over ten years of experience building websites from the ground up, including everything from personal sites to creating a corporate web presence. Want to know more about what we do? Lindsay Jauss, Web Design built her first website in 1999 for a biotechnology company, and has been taking computers apart and putting them back together for as long as she can remember. She has implemented web design and advertising projects for such high-profile companies as Whole Foods Market and FedEx, among many others. While she loves to get her geek on, she spends the rest of her time with her family, finding the next hip band, or running half marathons. She holds a BA and MS from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Temple University.
Dresden Shumaker, Graphic Artist and Photographer can be found covered in plaid at Creating Motherhood. Dresden studied theatre at NYU then decided to move to Los Angeles to dive into the film industry (on the other side of the camera). She worked for six years for a Universal Studio based production company. She has won awards for her documentary photography in Uganda and has many photographs featured in online publications. In 2010 her webdesign work was recognized as a “Voice of the Year” finalist by the BlogHer network and her personal blog is featured as one of Parenting magazine’s Must Read Mom Blogs.
